You will be responsible for meeting commercial goals by following up on sales performance and implementing improvement actions aligned with IKEA's sustainability agenda. Additionally, you will stay informed about social and environmental commitments and actively contribute to sustainability and circularity through daily work and support of circular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the AS-IS shop, in-store, and online platforms to enhance customer experience and drive sales
  • Improve product flow, sales, and communication channels through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Train co-workers on recovery operations and share best practices
  • Meet commercial goals by following up on sales performance and implementing improvement actions
  • Contribute to sustainability and circularity through daily work and support of circular activities

About this Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring availability to work Monday-Sunday between 8:00am and 9:30pm. You must have the flexibility to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, as well as alternating weekend shifts.
