About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Scheduler Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of schedules, monitor progress, and identify and resolve scheduling conflicts. This role will support the timely and efficient delivery of our Finance Systems Transformation Program, enhancing and uplifting our systems to be fit-for-purpose for our diverse businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain schedules for multiple projects and departments, including resources and SMEs.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as required.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand scope and requirements.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders.

  • Strong experience in delivering large-scale enterprise-level programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems implementation, ideally ERP.
  • Multibrand or complex organisation experience.
  • A strong track record in quality outcomes.
