We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Synergy People.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating installation schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, technicians, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily installation schedules and communicate with clients, technicians, and suppliers as required
  • Manage the logistics for materials and equipment to meet project timelines
  • Analyse geographical job groupings to maximise field team efficiency and minimise repetitive travel
  • Prioritise tasks from routine scheduled installations to urgent call outs
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role
  • Scheduling experience preferably in construction, trades, or field operations
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Able to adapt to customised scheduling software with full training provided
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A people person with the desire to collaborate in a team
  • Driver's licence
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of $82,500 per annum + superannuation + bonus scheme
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 7:40am to 4:00pm
