Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Manager to support our QLD Sales team in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the QLD State Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement dynamic sales and marketing campaigns to energize the QLD Sales team
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly client reports for key partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, focusing on maximum impact and ROI
  • Deliver detailed reports and analysis to the State Sales Manager, highlighting trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate events such as sales meetings, conferences, and client networking sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of client agreements and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Handle billing, invoice queries, travel, leave, and promotional calendars for the QLD sales team
