Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Manager to support our QLD Sales team in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the QLD State Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement dynamic sales and marketing campaigns to energize the QLD Sales team
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly client reports for key partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, focusing on maximum impact and ROI
- Deliver detailed reports and analysis to the State Sales Manager, highlighting trends and opportunities
- Coordinate events such as sales meetings, conferences, and client networking sessions
- Maintain accurate records of client agreements and ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle billing, invoice queries, travel, leave, and promotional calendars for the QLD sales team
- Pride in work and satisfaction in helping others succeed
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry representatives
