We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Champion at our brand-new Brisbane store.

About the Role:

  • Lead customer interactions: Engage with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring all enquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
  • Support sales success: Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Build relationships: Forge connections that last, focusing on relationships that go beyond just business transactions.
  • Maintain operations: Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders.
  • Be adaptable: Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store.
