We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of our customers and contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our platform across major infrastructure projects and contractors. You'll work closely with our sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive business growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize platform adoption and utilization.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide training and support, and ensure they achieve their project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop process enhancements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in the construction or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
