Project Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing critical support and administration to ensure the smooth operation of the Service Management Module.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, deliver, and maintain the Service Management Module as the single source of truth for residential bin inventory and waste services records.
- Provide project support and administration for enhancement and automation of council systems, supporting all areas of waste services.
- Act as champion and subject matter expert (SME) for all modules included in Service Management.
- Lead change management and training in the adoption of the Service Management Modules to waste and rates teams.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity that requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
