Project Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of projects.


About the Role
  • You will be responsible for coordinating project setup, including travel arrangements, equipment provision, and documentation management.
  • In collaboration with project managers, you will support scheduling, reporting, and dashboard updates to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • You will also liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and site crews to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • An important aspect of this role is escalating issues, tracking actions, and contributing to ongoing project improvements.
  • Additionally, you will assist with project close-out, lessons learned, and review budget alignment to ensure all projects are completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field is essential for this position.
  • Entry-level experience in project coordination or site administration, or education within renewable energy, is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, along with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, are mandatory for success in this role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese would be highly beneficial for this position.
