Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled project management specialist to lead the delivery of impactful housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving project performance and ensuring exceptional outcomes.

  • Project Delivery: Lead the successful implementation of Build-to-Rent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Contract Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading negotiations and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Financial & Risk Oversight: Monitor budgets, conduct scenario planning, and identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks to maintain financial performance and project viability.

The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of our BTR projects, aligning outcomes with CHL's strategic objectives and contractual commitments.

This role acts as a central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and representing the company to key stakeholders. You will lead improvements and efficiencies across the project lifecycle and play an active role in senior leadership groups, contributing to support our vision of a world without housing poverty.

About you: You are an experienced project leader with at least 10 years of success delivering large-scale housing or infrastructure projects. You bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of contract and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • 10 years experience in project management and leadership
  • Bachelors degree in related discipline. Post Graduate qualification in related discipline highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record in project leading the delivery and implementation of large-scale housing project
  • Demonstrated Commercial acumen and ability to manage and optimise financial performance and identify and manage risk
  • Strong negotiation and contractual management experience
