Job Description
Cultivate exceptional guest experiences at a luxury hotel. As the ambassador, you will craft memorable moments from pre-arrival to post-departure.
The Role
- Plan and arrange special occasion setups, recognising VIPs and returning guests with warm welcomes and strong relations throughout their stay.
- Assist in ensuring exceptional cleanliness of public areas, meeting and greeting guests on arrival, and providing personal check-in services.
- Offer recommendations, craft itineraries, arrange curated trips, and organise excursions to enrich the guests' experience.
Talent Requirements
- 2 years' experience in a similar role at luxury hotels or resorts, with Concierge experience advantageous.
- Executive Lounge, Front Desk, or Guest Services experience preferred, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly nature.
- Very good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in computing skills, and certification for serving alcohol responsibly.
