Guest Service Ambassador

The Guest Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that guests' stays are memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with luxury service expectations.
  • Ensure personalized, efficient, and courteous service is provided to all guests.
  • Work cohesively as a team member, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Provide quality service to customers by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
