Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • To guarantee the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times for internal and external guests.
  • Utilize your excellent guest service skills to lead by example and provide efficient service during guest check-in and departure, maintain accurate accounts, and provide helpful information.
  • Drive Club Millesime ambassadors to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly targets by providing support through training and coaching.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Ensure Food and Beverage Front and Back of house areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Assist and represent the Club Manager when unavailable, resolving guest complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for guests by accommodating their requests efficiently.
  • Ensure ambassadors are competent in service procedures and maximize sales opportunities using up-selling techniques.
  • Maintain product knowledge of menus and wine lists to advise and make recommendations to guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance representing Sofitel brand values.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
