Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Culturist to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival to post-departure moments. This role requires expertise in local culture and heritage, providing flawless and luxurious personalised service to all guests.

The Culturist will be the ambassador of the hotel, crafting memorable moments for our guests. They will work closely with the team to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and arrange setups for special occasions and requests.
  • Recognise and extend warm welcome to VIPs and returning guests.
  • Maintain strong relations throughout their stay.
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness of The Living Room and associated areas.
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, provide personal check-in services at the Living Room.
  • Offer recommendations, craft itineraries, arrange curated trips, and organise excursions.
