Customer Experience Ambassador

Our five-star hotel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional service to our guests. If you are warm, outgoing and curious, we encourage you to apply.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our luxurious hotel on the vibrant heritage waterfront pier.

Prioritize building strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings and enhance our reputation as a world-class hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and issuing room keys in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process various payment types including cash, credit and debit cards.
  • Resolve any late or disputed charges during the check-out process.
  • Answer and respond to guest calls, messages, requests and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports to identify special requests and ensure accuracy.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
