The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers maximise the value they get from their Workday products. We focus on our customers' post go-live journey, delivering top-notch services that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding customer needs
  • Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements, identifying areas for process improvement
  • Share broad experience with industry practices, providing actionable insights and expert advice
  • Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations, leveraging expertise to deliver results
  • Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and benefits
  • Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively
  • Help customers be more self-sufficient, stabilise and optimise their Workday applications, and learn about new features

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations and implementations
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience, with expertise in HCM functional consulting
