Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Category Growth Specialist to join our Wholesale Beauty division. In this role, you will drive category growth by identifying strategic opportunities and analysing market trends. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in category management or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
