Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute category plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and maintain effective communication channels
- Oversee product lifecycle management, range optimisation, and ensure seamless integration with marketing, inventory, and sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Develop and execute catalogue & marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Proven success in category/product development, preferably within the automotive industry
- Solid commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven approach, with a passion for driving growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong computer literacy, including intermediate/advanced Excel skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
