Our organization strives to provide a healthy and productive environment for individuals working away from home. As a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering health and wellbeing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee the implementation of exercise programs, sporting events, and recreational activities.
  • Pre-exercise screening and assessment procedures must be conducted in accordance with established policies.
  • You are responsible for managing bookings to coordinate use of facilities.
  • A varied sport and recreation program must be provided to residents.
  • Social events that cater to all residents on site should be organized, encouraging outside engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Cert III and IV in Fitness, Senior First Aid Certificate, and compliance with a pre-employment medical.

Your experience should include a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a site-based environment in a similar role.
