**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Lead and manage the planning, delivery and reporting of staff wellbeing initiatives to deliver strategic objectives and introduce innovative approaches with the aim of positively influencing individual, organisational and system-wide approaches to staff health and wellbeing.
- Design, develop and deliver staff health and wellbeing programs of work, based upon the needs of education workforces.
- Lead staff wellbeing project governance and reporting, ensuring that project milestones are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Lead the staff wellbeing team in delivering a range of services including both new and established departmental programs.
- Manage a geographically dispersed team of Regional Wellbeing Coordinators, ensuring coordinated staff wellbeing service delivery and reporting across all regions.
- Manage the development of all staff wellbeing communication materials within the department.
- Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to senior leaders, managers and staff relating to staff health and wellbeing.
- Identify risks in achieving project deliverables, develop solutions and provide advice to senior leaders and executives accordingly.
- Liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders, and represent the department, with a particular focus on the implementation of staff health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Prepare briefs, submissions, reports and correspondence relating to staff health and wellbeing and the implementation, coordination and delivery of the Staff Wellbeing services, projects and initiatives.
