Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Job

This is a dynamic role that will contribute to the success of our Health and Wellbeing program for residents in independent living villages.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop strong relationships with Home Care, Community Care providers and Allied Health professionals;
  • Assist with the design and delivery of high-quality, health and wellbeing initiatives within our villages;
  • Evaluate initiatives and activities against customer key performance indicators (KPI's);
  • Collate, analyse, evaluate, and present data on the health and wellbeing program for reporting and continuous improvement;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and promote our Health and Wellbeing program;
  • Document and record keeping using existing protocols that comply with privacy legislation;
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration applicable to Allied Health qualifications if relevant;
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with emotional empathy, conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
  • A passion for working with seniors;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a complex multidisciplinary team environment and able to work autonomously;
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use various applications including Word, Excel and databases;
  • Driver's license and own transport;
  • Soft leadership skills and be passionate about developing and implementing a high-quality Health and Wellbeing program and strategy for residents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team and residents effectively;
