Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of our residents by developing and implementing programs that promote physical and emotional health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with Home Care providers, Allied Health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Design and deliver innovative Health and Wellbeing initiatives within our villages, focusing on resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness against established key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data on program outcomes, providing insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns while promoting the Health and Wellbeing program.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), applicable to Allied Health qualifications.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with a high degree of emotional empathy and negotiation abilities.
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and understanding their unique needs.
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex multidisciplinary team environment and independently, as required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using various applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
