About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team at Foxtel Management Pty Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote BINGE Originals and drive brand growth.
  • Brand Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage marketing for commercial and brand partnerships.
  • Team Management: Line manage the shared marketing coordinator and manage relationships with internal creative agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Performance Management: Develop and refine the strategic performance management framework for BINGE Originals, including measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in marketing strategy and performance management, particularly in entertainment or SVOD brands.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and an eye for detail when it comes to campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: A passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the entertainment industry.
