Job Description

As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with product development, sales, and business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Creating compelling marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Managing the company's online presence
  • Cultivating relationships with stakeholders and influencers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems
  • Proven track record in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, data analysis, and staying abreast of technology trends
  • Hands-on experience with website management, including familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
