Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a category strategy to become essential to consumers and customers, while enhancing commercial capabilities for accelerated growth.
- Create a 3-5-year commercial strategy leveraging insights to position Pepsi Co as a vital partner through key risk and opportunity identification.
- Manage the Trade Execution Calendar, align Sales and Marketing, and lead customer engagement and Category Management across all channels.
- Drive the Revenue Growth Management Plan, integrating RGM with core business processes and leading Perfect Store strategy deployment.
- Coach and develop category and shopper teams to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement to boost service levels, revenue, and profitability while focusing on performance metrics.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree and 10-15 years of experience in commercial growth strategies. You should have demonstrated success in establishing and driving commercial growth strategies, be highly skilled in strategic and analytical thinking, and possess outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
