About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Consultant at People's Choice. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, building strong relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with members, understanding their financial goals and aspirations, and recommending suitable products and services to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to members.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive branch environment, supporting the development of a high-performing team.
