Field Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering in-store visual merchandising services to Bunnings stores in the Berri regional area.

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Order, merchandise, and stock products to ensure optimal store displays and customer experience
• Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
• Assist with major planogram initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

• Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
• Sound computer skills and strong time management, prioritization skills, and own initiative
