About the Opportunity:
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Berri branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to support the sale of agricultural products and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to clients both in-store and on-farm.
- Oversight of supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered in full and on time, in line with inventory KPIs.
- Manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
