About the Role

The company is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Vintage Booking Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in the company's success by coordinating the scheduling of grape deliveries to the Berri Estates Winery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling of grape deliveries to the winery
  • Liaise with harvest contractors to ensure timely delivery of grapes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to growers and other stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks as reasonably requested by management
Requirements:
  • Full working rights in the region
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Vintrace (desirable)
  • Knowledge of viticultural vineyard operations and practices
  • Knowledge of regional areas and grape varieties
