About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at 7-Eleven. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and store operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Availability to work overtime during peak periods.
