About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at one of our retail sites. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store to maximize sales and profitability. This includes leading, growing, and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and embedding operational and visual merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees and volunteers to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a talented leader who has a proven track record in retail management, customer service, and team leadership. You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be comfortable aligning with our mission and values to positively impact the lives of others.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Workday HCM system
