This is a Content & Quality Specialist role at Hometime, one of the leading companies in AU. The company is continuing to grow rapidly.

### **Role Overview**

We are seeking an expert in copywriting & content marketing to shape and oversee the look and feel of Hometime's listings to ensure a five-star guest experience and maximize homeowner returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft creative and captivating listing content in line with Hometime standards, converting lookers into bookers using AI tools.
  • Onboard organic and acquired properties, ensuring content syndication & presentation across channels (including booking platforms).
  • Review photography output & quality from contractors, providing constructive feedback as per standards when necessary.
  • Evaluate listing data to identify performance vs. potential and implement necessary improvements for uplift.
  • Liaise with Partners to quickly resolve potential issues and monitor guest feedback.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional experience in short-term property management is ideal.
  • Strong understanding of content development & strategy and tertiary education in marketing, tourism, hospitality, or a similar area is required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a thorough approach.

About Our Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $90,000 AUD per year, depending on experience.
