Role Overview

The Performance Manager will be responsible for managing digital performance and driving best-in-class implementation across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital performance within client teams
  • Providing leadership on digital strategy, partnerships, and tech opportunities
  • Developing and growing relationships with clients and teams through digital excellence
  • Working cohesively for integrated media solutions
  • Meeting or surpassing digital performance targets

Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience implementing/buying digital campaigns across any 2 channels
  • Thorough understanding of bid management tools
  • Experience with team management and excellent client relationship skills
  • Top-line understanding of industry monitoring systems
  • Proven ability to exceed client and campaign objectives
