Work Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement and Business Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Identify, develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies and initiatives to increase levels of efficiency and effectiveness while meeting defined strategic and business targets.
  • Examine operating costs and identify time-saving and cost-saving opportunities through process optimization/automation and supply chain management.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Translate strategies into programs or projects that enable achievement of required outcomes.
  • Lead successful change through the use of appropriate change management tools and concepts.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest cleaning industry products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between procurement and operational needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Business Optimization Manager, or in a similar role within the cleaning industry is essential.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations is also required.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, are expected.

Leadership and team management skills are also necessary for this position.
