FleetPartners is a financial services company that assists individuals in maximizing their salary by administering benefit programs and helping them acquire and manage vehicles.
The Role:We are seeking a skilled Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the operations team, you will lead process enhancement projects using Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Lead process improvement projects using Lean methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance key performance indicators across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
- Own the business process repository.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
