Job Summary

As a WFS Staffing Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for high-volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
  • Management of Labour Order Fill rate
  • End-to-end Green Badge pool management, requiring partnership with Operations and delivering daily fill rates and providing all required information
  • Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
  • Partnership with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
  • Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of human resources experience, with experience with HR processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management, as well as experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
