About the Role:

As a Graduate Brand Analyst with Amazon, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business input metrics, identifying opportunities to improve end customer experience and drive growth in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve business input metrics, driving growth and enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor-related issues, ensuring seamless execution of tactical support requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing expert guidance on Amazon tools and policies.
  • Design and implement innovative merchandising, operational, and selection improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, completed within the past 12 months.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in retail, consulting, or finance, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with a natural appetite for learning and adapting to new skills.
