Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amazon in Australia, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing talent acquisition processes, leveraging cutting-edge technology and analytics to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative and diverse workforce staffing team, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's expansion and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring, delivering Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement, and ensuring seamless end-to-end Green Badge pool management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Agency Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring pool integrity and optimal Labour Order Fill rates.
  • Labour Order Fill Rate Management: Oversee the process from start to finish, collaborating with Operations to achieve daily fill rates and provide required information.
  • Green Badge Pool Management: Partner with WFS leadership to deliver exceptional results, interpreting data, and providing business insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Human Resources Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR processes and systems, with a focus on talent acquisition and vendor management.
  • Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to improve processes and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Confidentiality and Adherence: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
