Do you want to make a meaningful impact and be part of a dynamic team? We're seeking an Associate with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset to join our Corporate Coverage Australia team.

The ideal candidate will support the relationship management of institutional clients across various sectors, including Resources, Utilities, Infrastructure, Transport, and Diversified. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Synergizing with Relationship Managers to create personalized account plans for clients
  • Leading the engagement with product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deal execution
  • Conducting industry analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Providing pricing/returns analysis and screening materials for new and refinancing activity
  • Engaging directly with clients to demonstrate proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction pipelines by tracking new opportunities and updating existing deal progress

Our ideal candidate possesses strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent mathematical knowledge and proficient Excel spreadsheet skills. They must also have a solid understanding of corporate and investment banking product suites and be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in banking and finance roles, preferably with some client coverage experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Law from a leading university is essential
  • Broad knowledge of corporate and investment banking product suites
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
