Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Accommodation Partnerships Specialist. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for growing our portfolio of accommodation partners in the Oceania region.

Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential partners, and facilitate their onboarding process onto our platform. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer success teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the portfolio of accommodation partners in the Oceania region by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize partner performance and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer success teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Perform in-market research and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, account management, or revenue growth within the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others and achieve reciprocal outcomes.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to act independently and make decisions that drive business results.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to select and present insights to inform business decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically 15-20% of working time.
