Student Accommodation Transformation Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled transformation specialist to join our team. As a Student Accommodation Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to create and deliver design solutions that solve user problems and are technically viable.
- Create innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire our teams and customers.
- Own design problems and their solutions from start to finish.
- Evaluate customer needs by involving them in the design process and advocating for users within the business.
- Bachelor's degree in design or comparable on-the-job experience.
- 3+ years of experience in design.
- Portfolio and case studies demonstrating excellence in SaaS product design.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies.
