Accommodation Booking Specialist

We are seeking an Accommodation Booking Specialist to join our team on a permanent Full-Time basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all accommodation bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems. This includes accurately inputting reservations into the property management system (PMS), maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques, and reviewing daily reports to ensure reservations are accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all accommodation bookings and inquiries.

  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Review daily reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience executing reservations for 4 or 5-star properties.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships.
