Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and return-to-work process. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Key responsibilities include developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation, conducting assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS), and identifying potential return-to-work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones.

You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.

As a seasoned professional in occupational rehabilitation, you will utilise your clinical experience, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants.

Presenting case information to various stakeholders providing credible recommendations/solutions is also a crucial part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and appropriate registration with AHPRA, or Exercise Physiology with a current membership with ESSA.
  • Prior experience in occupational rehabilitation industry (minimum 12 months).
  • Sound knowledge of South Australian Workers compensation and CTP systems and legislations.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • RTW experience or certification desirable.
  • Current driver's license and car.

Remuneration and Work Arrangements

$80,000 per annum + flexible work arrangements (hybrid/remote)
