We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and employers to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that promote successful return to work outcomes.
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will also work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational rehabilitation, with experience working with clients who have sustained workplace injuries or illnesses. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and abilities
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field
- General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
- Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
- Fabulous communication skills and ability to work with diverse client groups
- A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
