Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

Established in the field of occupational rehabilitation, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive case management strategies to optimize client outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to address psychosocial barriers to employment and facilitate successful return-to-work transitions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
