Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing or social work, with experience working in the occupational rehabilitation sector. They will be able to manage their own day-to-day activities, while receiving support from a close-knit team of healthcare professionals.
- Clinical Expertise:
- Case management and assessment of clients' needs;
- Development and implementation of return-to-work programs;
- Collaboration with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health specialists;
- Review of client progress and adjustment of plans as needed;
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing or social work;
- Registration with AHPRA or AASW;
- Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded;
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills;
- Empathy and compassion in dealing with clients and stakeholders;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- A valid South Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle;
