Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will have significant experience in high-tech industry and sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries.

  • The role involves achieving sales targets within the designated portfolio of existing and new clients in the Asia Pacific region.
  • You will identify new leads in the region and build new client partnerships, negotiate in accordance with pricing strategy and business ethics.
  • You will develop and manage a network of agents and distributors to accelerate business development in the region.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders - customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders.
  • Keep abreast of technical and market intelligence, provide any report or feedback regarding products.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Significant 10 years' experience in high-tech industry and sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries.Proven sales track record in high-valued capital equipment, long-term approach, customized sterilization equipment would be advantageous.Proactive, eager to learn, and grow the business.Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, distributor partnership would be advantageous.Effective communication, influential, and presentation skills.Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
