About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Partnerships Manager APAC to spearhead and be accountable for Phrase's growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the APAC Sales Lead and Regional Marketing Lead to develop and leverage partnerships to source pipeline, assist with closing deals, and drive substantial regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage key partnerships to enhance Phrase's enterprise account success and market presence in APAC.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively source and nurture partner-driven business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Sales Collaboration: Integrate partnerships into the sales process, supporting co-selling and deal acceleration, particularly with high-potential and large prospects/customers.
  • APAC Market Expertise: Develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to the distinct business environments of key APAC markets, including China, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven and reference-able success in partnerships within SaaS or localization.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong storytelling, pitching, and presenting skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders both within and outside the industry.
  • Autonomy and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity, thriving in a time zone that requires self-direction and minimal supervision.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong ability to develop and implement partnership strategies tailored to regional market needs.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to align internal teams and external partners toward shared goals.
