Global Sales Manager for APAC Region

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager for the APAC Region. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales on assigned targets related to high-tech equipment sales and services in line with our company's solutions strategy, sales plan, and margin objective.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-tech industry sales, specifically sterilization machinery products, in various Asian countries. They will also possess a proven sales track record in high-valued capital equipment, with a long-term approach and specialization in customized sterilization equipment being advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets within the designated portfolio of existing and new clients in the Asia Pacific region
- Identify new leads in the region and build new client partnerships, negotiating in accordance with our pricing strategy and business ethics
- Develop and manage a network of agents and distributors to accelerate business development in the region
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders
- Stay up-to-date with technical and market intelligence, providing reports and feedback on products as needed
About You
- 10+ years of experience in high-tech industry sales, with a proven track record in sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries
- Proactive, eager to learn, and grow the business
- Effective communication, influential, and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with a strong network of distributors being advantageous
