Support Services Officer

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing proactive communication to promote safer gambling practices
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance safety measures and awareness
- Developing productive relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in guest relations, responsible gambling programs, hospitality, support services, social work, security, or education
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships and understand applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
