
Strategic Relationship Professional

The primary goal of this role is to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while continually seeking opportunities for growth and expansion.
This requires a strong ability to analyze complex information, identify key areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies for driving business results.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring client retention through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Identifying new business and product upsell opportunities within existing clients by conducting strategic reviews and meeting KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships within the existing client base through regular customer interactions and marketing activity.
- Ensuring quality Strategic Account Plans and Pricing Templates are in place for all strategic accounts, tracking progress against these plans.
- Assisting in maintaining sales activity metrics and awareness of trends.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to maximize sales opportunities and penetration.
- Ensuring compliance of service level agreements with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
- Successful B2B sales experience, including proposal development, contracting, and presenting formal sales presentations.
- Financial analysis and acumen, with the ability to demonstrate economic benefits versus competition to stakeholders at C-Suite level.
- Understanding of legal issues relating to domestic documentation.
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and determine goals and requirements for specific sales initiatives.
- Product knowledge, with the ability to pursue, develop, and apply knowledge of company products and identify key points of differentiation and competitive advantage.
